Delivery :
Immortal Honey ’s delivery time is around 7 to 10 working days starting from the day the payment is received. Unforeseen acts of nature beyond control, force majeure, or problems of the delivery company may cause a delay, for which we are not responsible.
Warranty and Returns :
The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, low maintenance, violence, or tampering. Complaints about defects that are found by normal examination of the goods shall be notified to Immortal Honey within a reasonable time, preferably within seven days from the time of ordering the product.

The Risk of Goods :
The risk of goods purchased from www.immortalhoneybee.com is transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Risk passes, therefore, from Immortal Honey to the customer as soon as the customer has received the package.
Jurisdiction :
These terms and conditions are subject to Indian laws, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sirsa (Haryana) – India only.
